Personalized fitness starts with an individual consultation and evaluation. When you train with me, you’ll receive an individualized plan tailored to your specific goals and fitness level. I’ll guide you in proper form to prevent injury and maximize results, while keeping you accountable to help you stay consistent with your workouts.

For a 30-minute session, it costs $45, and 60 minutes is $75.
A package of 20 sessions for 30 minutes is $800.
A package of 20 sessions for 60 minutes is $1400.
