Our clinics are designed specifically for aging adults and include a variety of exercises such as injury recovery, hormonal changes as we age, strength training, balance, and flexibility. We also emphasize building strong social connections among participants. You won’t be asked to do anything that causes pain. You can use chairs for support as needed and adjust the weight for strength training at your own pace.

Our women’s clinics focus on health and fitness areas particularly relevant to women, including strength training to combat bone density loss, balance exercises to prevent falls, and flexibility to maintain mobility. We also address common concerns like shoulder and hip injuries, as well as the impact of hormonal changes during perimenopause and menopause. With tailored exercises and a supportive environment, you’ll feel empowered to move with confidence and build lasting strength.

Group workouts start with an individual consultation and evaluation. The group workouts are geared for full-body workouts unless otherwise specified or requested. Group workouts are circuit-style.

For a 60 min group workout it is $50 per person for 2 and then $45 per person for 3.
